Case Manager
The Case Manager manages patient cases from beginning to end coordinating with a host of people including patients, providers, physicians and their staff, distributors, pharmacies and insurance companies. The objective of this position is to assist the parties involved in getting the patient successfully on the therapy prescribed. A critical aspect of this role is the ability of the Case Manager to professionally identify successful next steps including making informed methodical decisions on next steps needed to successfully managing the case to completion. The Case Manager is also responsible for assisting the customer in navigating through healthcare insurance reimbursement issues through education, information, and most importantly clear written and verbal communication.

Working in a team environment the Case Manager will be involved in driving team oriented decisions along with projects as required. Shift flexibility is required based on regional area covered.

Requirements: 3 years experience in Healthcare or a related field. Proficiency in healthcare insurance reimbursement including benefit investigation & design, prior authorizations & pre-determinations. Extremely strong customer service skills along with the ability to multi task and meet customer commitments are key. Ability to work in a team environment and successfully work with others to achieve a common goal. Effective problem solving skills, attention to detail and strong verbal and written skills are critical to this position.
