Program Manager
This position is dedicated to leadership and management of the Premier
Source Reimbursement Program. The Program Manager will be responsible
for management and leadership of this program consisting of up to
15 direct reports. Responsibilities will include coaching and development
of staff, and development, implementation and management of departmental
goals, objectives, and budgets. The Program Manager will be the primary
liaison between Premier Source and their clients on contract compliance
and overall program performance. The Program Manager will be responsible
for the overall day-to-day operations of the program and the quality
of work provided. This role may involve some project management and
travel.
Requirements:
5+ years experience in Healthcare or a related field specifically
managing people. Proficiency in reimbursement including benefit investigations,
prior authorizations and claim submissions. A self-starter with the
ability to multi task is key along with the desire to work in a team
environment and successfully work with others to achieve a common
goal. Effective problem solving skills, attention to detail and strong
written and verbal skills are also important. Exceptional experience
with client relations. |
